Entry point for crawlers that guess at the conventional location instead of
reading the Sitemap: lines in robots.txt.

/sitemap.xml is proxied to the WordPress host, which answers 301 to
/sitemap_index.xml. That target did not exist, so the conventional path dead
ended: 347 requests for it 404d in the retained logs, plus 58 for
/sitemap.xml and 43 for /sitemaps.xml. This file is that target.

It is static because the seven sitemap paths below are fixed. The three Rails
sitemaps are regenerated by cron (1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd) at these same paths,
and the four WordPress ones are served through the blog proxy. lastmod is
omitted on purpose: a hardcoded date here would go stale and mislead
crawlers, and each sitemap already carries per URL lastmod of its own.
